Chisara Okehi

Chisara Okehi, LCSW, is a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Transformational Coach, and author specializing in trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health care. Her work focuses on helping women, particularly Black women and women of color, navigate childhood trauma, emotional wounds, burnout, boundaries, and self-worth. Through psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and empowerment, she helps women move beyond survival toward healing, self-trust, and emotional well-being.
