I am Ladi, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and trauma therapist based in New York. I work with and support individuals within BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and other marginalized communities who are navigating complex trauma, intergenerational and childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. I am passionate about creating a grounding space that honors each individual's unique experiences, cultural background, needs, and goals.
